Jacob is an exceptional employee!! We went in for a new hermit crab to partner with ours that we got from the beach. He offered us so much information and answered every one of my questions! And gave us suggestions on how to care for ours, he even has his own, so that was awesome to hear from real experience! Im happy to say that our older hermit seems to be thriving and we are very happy with our new one!

I've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of animal care over the past few months. The staff genuinely seem to care about the animals and take pride in what they do. It's great to see the positive changes, and it really shows in how well the animals are being looked after. Keep up the great work!

Everything was easy to find, and there was a nice selection. The store is clean every time I go. That’s always a plus! Cookie loves her new elephant toy and Lamb Chop bed! ❤️

I called to see if they had fruit flies for my spiders and was told yes they have some. My husband was going by to pick them up and mind you its a 45 minute drive for us. He gets there and was told we couldn't buy them till tonight because they just arrived. Would have been nice to have been told this before the drive. Eveytime we go there is very low stock of everything or none at all. All fish are either dying or sick, I was sold a 75% off beta that when we got it home was not fine it couldn't even swim to the top for air. Days later and lots of support it is thriving now. I also wanted to talk about the jumping spiders i had gotten from here weeks ago. The people working literally put huge cricket in while we were at check out which is a huge risk and the cricket being a lot bigger can kill the poor jumpers. Very much uneducated and if you buy from here just be prepared that your new pet may be sick or die from there negligence. The jumpers containers were also soaked and could have drown plus their abdomen was shrunken starving. Do better. I also want to add i bought two regals come to find out when one of them molted it was not a regal but a mini jumper of a different species
